About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Founders Associate to join our team at Project A Ventures, a leading operational VC that provides its ventures with capital, an extensive network, and exclusive access to a wide range of operational expertise.

In this role, you'll focus on developing our go-to-market strategy through close collaboration with our founders and pilot customers to build and strengthen their client base, scale their market activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about harnessing the power of technologies, and has a strong track record of successful product and sales launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our founders and work with pilot customers to identify and co-develop use cases with the aim of turning pilot customers into long-term users
  • Ensure customer onboarding and projects are progressing well, taking care that users are engaged and that key data points are used for upselling and that business case data is used for continuous product improvement
  • Monitor KPIs related to go-to-market activities, including customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration
  • Prepare new sales launches by ideating and creating a variety of online and offline sales and marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of our product solutions
  • Support our CEO in founder-led sales activities (RevOps)
  • Set the foundation for a repeatable and scalable sales machine, including tooling, KPI system, pitch book, etc.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in go-to-market roles in a startup or tech environment with a focus on business development and/or sales in a complex enterprise environment
  • Incredibly high energy, willing to go the extra mile and push the company forward
  • Highly ambitious with a desire to grow personally and professionally
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • You understand challenges quickly, but are also not shy to ask questions
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the context of B2B Software
  • Experience working with founders or in an early-stage environment is highly advantageous
  • Business-level German and English skills are required
