About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated Founders Associate Intern to join our portfolio company, a German InsurTech firm focused on protecting businesses from cyber threats. This innovative startup offers a unique combination of insurance and cyber protection.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, working closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and participating in key decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting operations strategies and contributing to the development of the company's overall strategies for internationalization, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary stakeholders to prepare presentation materials and conducting research on due diligence, competitors, and markets.
  • Working hands-on in a startup environment, learning about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cyber security.
Your Profile

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Prior relevant work experience through internships in fast-paced environments, such as technology, B2B, startup, consulting, or similar.
  • Strong slide writing and presentation skills, with experience in multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with a reliable, accurate, and independent work style.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in communicating with various stakeholders in German. English is a plus.
