The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mentality and be able to effectively build, prioritize, and manage their own pipeline in the German-speaking markets. They will be responsible for introducing Shiji ReviewPro solutions to the DACH and Benelux regions, identifying opportunities, and actively closing deals with new and existing clients.
The Sales Manager will be accountable for successful sales performance within their named territory and prospects. They will negotiate contracts via phone, online, or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections and capture new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the German-speaking markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and food service industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to the management team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the hospitality or food service IT industry
- Native level of German and professional level of English language
- Experience and solid understanding of Cloud/SaaS business models
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
- Digital and e-commerce experience, as well as understanding of B2B dynamics
- Availability to travel
