Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager (d/f/m) to oversee the G4 Showers within the GROHE Product Team. This role is crucial for managing the product lifecycle of selected lines in our showers and thermostats portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the product range of selected shower and thermostat lines throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead pre-development initiatives and strategic planning for showering products to ensure a competitive and sustainable portfolio.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial teams globally to define new product specifications and consolidate international projects.
  • Act as a key member of the Global GROHE Product team throughout the Stage Gate Process for new product development, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Initiate cost optimization strategies and monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Manage end-of-life planning for products.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business studies or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Product Management.
  • Strong interest in technical products.
  • Experience engaging with international markets and customers.
  • Solid understanding of project management, product management, and marketing principles.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google Mail is a plus.
