Aerologic Safety Compliance Specialist

AeroLogic, a modern cargo airline based at Leipzig/Halle Airport, is seeking an experienced Safety Compliance Specialist. As a joint venture of Lufthansa Cargo and DHL Express, founded in 2007, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our Flight Safety and Compliance Department.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the revision of manuals, procedures, and checklists within the department. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance monitoring and/or safety management, with fluency in German and English written and spoken. Additionally, they should be qualified aviation auditors and/or risk assessors with background in Ground Operations and/or Security.
Responsibilities- Compliance Monitoring: Independent preparation, implementation, and documentation of audits/inspections in Ground Operations and Security areas.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions: Follow-up on corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits or safety reporting processes and verification of their implementation.
- Support Revision of Manuals and Procedures: Support the administration of the Emergency Response Plan and contribute to the revision of manuals, procedures, and checklists within the department.
The successful candidate will have:
- Work experience in compliance monitoring and/or safety management.
- Fluency in German and English written and spoken.
- Qualified aviation auditor and/or risk assessor certification.
- Background in Ground Operations and/or Security.

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is around €60,000-€80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
