Job Title: Aerologic Cargo Aviation Compliance Specialist

Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring expert to join our Flight Safety and Compliance Department. As an integral member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Ground Operations and Security meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and inspections in Ground Operations and Security
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits or safety reporting processes
  • Support the revision of manuals, procedures, and checklists within the department
  • Administer the Emergency Response Plan

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance monitoring best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in German and English written and spoken
  • Work experience in compliance monitoring and/or safety management
  • Certified aviation auditor and/or risk assessor
  • Ground Operations and/or Security experience
