Your Role: Customer Care Agent - German/Dutch/French Speaking

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll play a vital role in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Address customer concerns related to ongoing rentals, vehicle functionalities, app features, and payment options.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Your Profile:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in German and/or Dutch and/or French, along with English.
  • Experience with customer support software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
