We have assembled a team of visionaries, innovators, and leaders dedicated to unlocking limitless potential for our clients and partners through the capabilities of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We are currently looking for an AI Field Cloud Sales Representative to spearhead AI initiatives for our most strategic clients.

Position Overview

This role involves selling technology software products and associated services within a designated territory. The primary responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will manage accounts throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and specifications to contract negotiations and post-sales support. Utilizing the Oracle sales model, you will aim to maximize revenue growth and enhance local market presence while fostering business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coverage – Promote AI services to clients in the financial and public sectors.
  • Business Development – Identify AI opportunities within the territory and create Go-To-Market strategies to generate new leads.
  • Pipeline Management – Ensure effective use of reporting and forecasting tools throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Ownership – Lead the sales process from initial engagement to closure with innovative clients.
  • Executive Engagement – Establish relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
  • Technical Solutioning – Collaborate with AI technical specialists to design AI architectures that meet client needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with OCI teams and partners to promote AI adoption and utilization among clients.
  • Deliver Results – Surpass revenue and KPI targets for your territory.

Required Skills and Experience:

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling technology platforms and infrastructure solutions within a cloud provider environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, GPU technologies, and AI services.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and building long-term relationships within Fortune 500 companies.
  • A proven track record of winning large-scale data and AI cloud projects with successful implementation.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the AI landscape, including key ISVs, leading AI companies, and consulting firms.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
