We have assembled a team of innovators, creators, and leaders dedicated to unlocking limitless possibilities for our clients and partners through the power of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We are currently looking for an AI Field Cloud Sales Representative to spearhead AI initiatives for our most strategic clients.

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to market technology software products and associated services within a designated territory. This includes identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities, managing accounts through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations and post-sales support. The role leverages Oracle's sales model to optimize revenue growth and enhance local market presence while fostering business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coverage – Promote AI services to clients in the financial and public sectors.
  • Business Development – Identify AI opportunities within the territory and develop Go-To-Market strategies to generate new leads.
  • Pipeline Management – Ensure effective utilization of reporting and forecasting tools throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Ownership – Lead the sales process from initial engagement to closure with innovative clients.
  • Executive Engagement – Establish relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
  • Technical Solutioning – Collaborate with AI technology specialists to design AI architectures that meet client needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with OCI teams and partners to promote AI adoption and utilization among clients.
  • Deliver Results – Surpass revenue (booking, consumption) and KPI targets for your territory.

Required Skills and Experience

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling technology platforms and infrastructure solutions within a cloud service provider.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, GPU, and AI services.
  • Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and building long-term relationships within Fortune 500 companies.
  • A successful track record of winning large-scale data and AI cloud projects.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the AI landscape, including ISVs, leading AI players, and consulting firms.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
