Senior Account Manager

This role is part of our global team at DEPT, where you will be embedded into eBay's Lifecycle Marketing Team.
Job Purpose
As a Senior Account Manager, you will create and execute customer-facing Lifecycle Marketing campaigns to support eBay's Motors and Home categories globally. You will drive these launches across all of eBay's flagship owned channels and eBay's Global Markets.
This role requires a customer-centric approach and working cross-functionally to develop, implement, and track the performance of recurring, trigger-based lifecycle marketing campaigns. You will work towards increasing the CLV of users by driving adoption, engagement, and retention within the Motors and Home categories on eBay.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch personalized customer experiences globally for Motors and Home products on eBay by leading the end-to-end creation and execution of CRM campaigns.
- Develop high-quality creative assets, including working cross-functionally with Creative teams, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Service teams.
- Define audience strategy, segmentation, and targeting in partnership with Product, Analytics, Database Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
- Ensure seamless execution and launch of customer-facing campaigns as the owner of operational execution.
- Own campaign reporting, including proposing scaling decisions for tests.
- Own project timeline, including tracking campaign development and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
- Achieve an innovate-and-iterate mindset and generate data-driven hypotheses in creation and iteration of campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies with globally-dispersed team members and external partners to deliver campaigns and share results.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing across owned channels (emails, onsite, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc).
- Past experience or a working understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, and online retail marketing is required.
- Customer-centric and hands-on individual, with demonstrated ability to manage performance against established KPIs.
- Shown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry.
- Project management experience with strong sense of accountability; notable organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions, and geographies.
