Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an Italian-speaking customer service representative to join our team in a 100% remote work environment. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via different channels to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around €40,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a company pension scheme, employee discounts, and a bonus of €500 for every new employee you successfully recruit.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient or bilingual in Italian in speech and writing, have a good command of written and spoken English, and be interested in social media, online media, or digital marketing.
