Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Tomgandhi Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our MSP partners, including Allegis, Pontoon, and Kelly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and influence key decision-makers to secure large client sales
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the staffing industry
  • Demonstrated experience working with MSP partners
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Polish is a plus
