Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator as Process Manager to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG - Karriere. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Development and Improvement: Develop and improve state-of-the-art processes, clear rules, and guidance, and establish them in the process house and functional roadmap.
  • Process Owner Support: Support process owners to build and regularly update the functional roadmap, proposing own ideas to advance the current process landscape.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify potential enhancements in existing processes and systems to turn the organization into a leaner organization.
  • Change Management: Describe improvement ideas in project charters or change requests based on input collected from process owners or the operational organization.
  • Workshops and Training: Lead and manage dedicated workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities for SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Industry Expertise: Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption.
  • Market Screening: Screen the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study.
  • Experience: Profound professional experience in operational units/process organizations in a comparable environment with a focus on Sales.
  • Skills: Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes, deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes, project management, and successful change management.
  • Knowledge: Very good knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP ERP, BW, etc.), LEAN and LEAN methods, and Six Sigma certification.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and German skills.
