Customs & Trade Operations Manager (Senior)

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and assistance to both national and international clients on customs, international trade, and export compliance matters.
  • Oversee various initiatives, including the establishment of compliance management frameworks in customs and export regulations.
  • Advise clients on optimal organizational frameworks and operational processes.
  • Manage corporate restructurings and mergers with respect to customs and international trade considerations.
  • Facilitate customs audits performed by regulatory authorities.
  • Assist clients in legal disputes and compliance-related issues.
  • Engage in internal and external business development efforts, including presentations and publications.
Your Profile
  • Possess a degree in European Business Law, International Law and Business, or Tax Law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customs, international trade, and export compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs, international trade, and export compliance regulations.
  • Prior experience in team management is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong team collaboration, client engagement, and business development capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
