As an Enterprise Account Executive at Figma, you will play a critical role in driving meaningful relationships with our customers and contributing significantly to our revenue growth.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base and potential clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that exceeds quarterly and annual targets.
  • Routine retention of our existing customer base by fostering strong relationships and providing in-product analytics insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee sales success and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Analyze internal data to understand customer usage patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Derive actionable insights, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Nurture key customer relationships within Enterprise accounts and contribute to the development of processes for all customer-facing teams.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as required.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record of Enterprise sales experience in fast-paced, growing organizations.
  • The ability to think strategically and tailor your approach to individual clients and close complex sales cycles.
  • Prioritization skills to balance competing demands from customers and align their needs with business objectives.
  • Executive presence when leading conversations with C-Level decision-makers.
  • Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to be bold in driving results.

  • Experience selling to technical audiences.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Broad business acumen skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
