IT Anwenderbetreuer (m/w/d) in Ulm

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten IT-Anwenderbetreuer (m/w/d) für unsere Niederlassung in Ulm. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen in allen IT-Fragen übernehmen und dich um die Installation von Software und die Betreuung lokaler Installationen kümmern.

Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen in allen IT-Fragen
  • Installation von Software und Betreuung lokaler Installationen
  • Telefonischer und persönlicher Support
  • Erstellung von Softwarepaketen für die automatisierte Installation von Laptops
  • Kurzfristige Lösungsfindung bei Software- und Hardwareproblemen
Profil:
  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse in LAN, WLAN, VPN und Netzwerktechniken
  • Vertrautheit mit Software-Verteilung und Software-Paketierung sowie Microsoft 365
  • Powershell-Programmierungskenntnisse
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständigkeit und dienstleistungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
