Join Our Team as an IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at BMW Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of new employees
  • Manage IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
  • Atlassian Jira and Confluence experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Experience with Windows and Linux system administration
  • Software development knowledge (bash, python, databases, front-ends)
  • First experience with IT infrastructure design and administration
