Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at SVA. As a key member of our technical service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and maintenance of Cisco UC solutions, Webex, Contact Center, Devices, CUBE, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure service quality and optimize operational processes
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide timely support
  • Collaborate with Professional Service colleagues to deliver seamless solutions
  • Monitor Cisco UCC environments proactively to identify potential issues
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in Cisco-UC environment
  • Act as escalation point between customer and manufacturer to resolve critical issues
  • Document customer environment, support requests, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • IT-related education or degree in Computer Science
  • Experience in operational service with a focus on technical support
  • Strong service orientation and responsibility to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Team player with self-driven work style to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
