About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at GA-tec Gebäude- und Anlagentechnik GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers and partners in the building technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities in the technical building equipment sector (HVAC, electrical engineering)
  • Oversee sales and pricing for large-scale projects in the building services sector, in collaboration with our regional offices
  • Identify customer needs and requirements for our services
  • Develop and present proposals for technical building equipment services, in collaboration with our technical teams
  • Monitor market and competitive trends
  • Be responsible for tracking and confirming orders
  • Participate in contract negotiations with customers, in collaboration with our regional offices
  • Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Organize sales events and trade shows for customers, in collaboration with our marketing team
  • Provide regular sales reports to our management team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the building services sector
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the building technology sector
  • Strong understanding of the building services market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel throughout Germany
  • Proficiency in English is desirable
