Project Manager for Building Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Building Technology to join our team at Fichtner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to building technology, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including site visits, meetings, and communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
