Sales Representative for Massivhäuser

The Poll Group is a family-owned and operated business, consisting of Poll Massivhaus GmbH and Poll Gebäudetechnik GmbH. Our core business lies in the execution of turnkey projects, including the creation of pure shell buildings, renovation work, and modernization. As a successful mid-sized company, we are seeking to strengthen our sales team in the regions of Koblenz, Bonn, Cologne, and Düsseldorf with motivated and experienced sales representatives for the Massivhäuser sector.
Key Responsibilities- Acquisition and maintenance of new customer relationships, as well as the nurturing of existing customer relationships
- Consultation with customers on the planning and purchase of turnkey houses
- Conducting site visits and sales meetings
- Creation and follow-up of offers
- Market and competition analysis to identify sales potential
- Participation in trade fairs and sales events
- Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and confident demeanor
- High level of initiative and self-organization
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing requirements
- Willingness to travel within the regions of Koblenz, Bonn, Cologne, and Düsseldorf
- Class B driver's license
- Attractive commission model and performance-based remuneration
- Unlimited fixed-term employment or flexible sales representative contracts
