Job Summary- Create an end-to-end recruiting plan, sourcing candidates, organising interviews, and offering negotiations
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to find the best candidates for roles
- Get insights into departments to specify and improve candidate search
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
- Contribute to the evolution of recruitment practices by suggesting new strategies
- Participate in projects like employer branding, candidate experience, data-driven recruiting, tool implementation, and others
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational roles, including sales, procurement, and logistics
- Previous experience in agency recruitment/headhunting or hyper growth start-ups; Ashby ATS experience is considered a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in conducting research and reaching out to potential candidates
- Negotiation skills and comfort in conducting cold outreaches
- Passion for assessing cultural fit and selling the company to potential candidates
- Motivation, willingness to learn, and passion for recruitment
- Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus
