Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Medi-Globe Group. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Bettering our product portfolio in the gastroenterology or urology sector
- Developing and implementing marketing plans and accompanying marketing materials, communication guides, PR, and social media activities
- Conducting regular and systematic surveys, market, and competition analyses, and evaluating them qualitatively and quantitatively for post-market surveillance
- Supporting the implementation and execution of clinical evaluations and studies
- Identifying new product ideas with technical and economic feasibility assessments
- Obtaining approvals and maintaining product data
- Conducting internal and external training and presentations on product- and marketing-related topics
- Supporting budget and sales planning based on sales forecasts
- Participating in trade shows, congresses, and training events
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business economics, business engineering, medical technology, or a related field
- Relevant experience in sales, product management, or marketing in the medical technology sector, preferably in gastroenterology or urology
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with project management experience being an asset
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn company-specific software and processes
- Knowledge of marketing medical technology to successfully position product solutions
- Team spirit, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Empathy and persuasion skills
- Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking
