Renewable Energy Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Renewable Energy Manager, der unsere Strategie für erneuerbare Energien vorantreibt.
Als Teil unseres Renewables Teams in Düsseldorf werden Sie aktiv an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien beteiligt sein.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Erwerbs- und Veräußerungsprojekten im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien im Umfang von 0,5 bis 1 GW p.a.
- Die Leitung des internen Projektteams sowie externe Berater, um Projektprobleme und -risiken zu lösen und den Projekterfolg sicherzustellen.
- Die Verhandlung der Transaktionsstruktur und die kommerziellen Bedingungen mit den Vertragspartnern und den relevanten Stakeholdern.
- Die Führung von Joint Ventures, Partnerschaftsstrukturen und akquirierten Unternehmen.
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Renewables Team, das aus Entwicklern, Ingenieuren, Abnahmemanagern, Markt- und Strategieanalysten sowie einem Netzwerk von externen Partnern besteht.
- Die Erstattung von Berichten an den Vice President Asset Rotation & Partnering bei Uniper.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbares Studium.
- Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Commercial Renewables, Corporate M&A, Corporate Finance oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Funktionen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projektteams.
- Verständnis der wichtigsten wirtschaftlichen Treiber von Solar-PV- und Windkraftanlagen.
- Kreativer und aufgeschlossener Mensch mit einem guten Sinn für Humor.
- Nachgewiesene internationale Berufserfahrung und Wertschätzung kultureller Unterschiede.
- Hohe Mobilität/Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
