About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging your expertise in data-driven sales and marketing to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the DACH region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, including C-level executives and IT leaders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in data-driven sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with a focus on cloud, data engineering, and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and accountability
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
