As a critical member of the smatch team, you will drive operational excellence and contribute to changing the retail industry by finding innovative ways to manage excess stock. Our private B2B marketplace connects retailers and brands who want to discreetly switch channels of commerce partners.
About the RoleWe are seeking an entrepreneurial leader with a hands-on approach to oversee operational processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences across our platform. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, streamlining operations, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Focus: Ensure satisfaction and retention of buyers and sellers by aligning operations with expectations and balancing supply and demand.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline operations across the entire customer journey, collaborating with other teams to minimize friction and maximize efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Guide a diverse team of operations, customer success, CRM, support, product, and development professionals, providing hands-on leadership and strategic direction.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in operations-heavy roles within digital businesses. Relevant experience in process optimization and automation, as well as proficiency in English and German, is required.
