About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a DACH Region Sales Director. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and key accounts, to expand market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Collaborate with international teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
  • Analyse regional market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals effectively.
  • Deliver set KPIs for the year.
  • Implement business reviews with key partners.
  • Act as the face of the company in the market, building relationships with key partners, clients, and prospects.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Interpret accounts' sell-through data and formulate plans to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Making introductions to top clients, accounts, and distributors.
  • 5% travel required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience and 2 years working across EMEA or MENA.
  • 2 years minimum management experience.
  • Ability to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Strong IT skills, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, additional languages advantageous.
  • Ability to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as needed.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
