About the Role

Ergobaby Europe GmbH is a leading provider of baby products dedicated to enhancing the comfort and well-being of families worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our E-Commerce team in Germany as a Junior E-Commerce Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our Magento website, including product listings, landing page creation, website maintenance, and feature implementation.
  • Edit and upload compelling content on Ergobaby websites to effectively engage our audience.
  • Implement SEO strategies across multiple languages to enhance website visibility and drive business growth.
  • Support coordinating translations for websites and emails to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Contribute to email marketing efforts, including creation, distribution, and performance tracking to optimize our campaigns.
  • Analyze website performance and promotional activities through detailed reports.
  • Monitor websites for technical issues and inventory discrepancies to maintain a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate on large-scale web development initiatives, including content migration and bug testing.
Requirements
  • At least two years of professional experience in e-commerce, website management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Familiarity with Magento/Adobe Commerce or similar e-commerce sales platforms.
  • Strong software and computer skills, with experience in web, email, or e-commerce software preferred.
  • Exceptional planning, coordination, and management skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt and learn new systems and tools as required.
  • Fluent in German and English, both in written and verbal.
