Compliance Manager for Agile and E-commerce Environment

About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our team at ZEAL Network SE.


Your Responsibilities



  • Manage and develop Corporate Compliance best practices in an agile gambling and e-commerce environment.
  • Support different compliance subject matter experts, including IT Security and regulatory compliance.
  • Support various business units under ZEAL managing compliance risk and ensuring the company complies with common compliance standards.
  • Continuously develop our Compliance Management System to ensure alignment with our agile and cross-functional work approach.
  • Draft and update compliance policies, aligning them with the business and Senior Management.
  • Train and educate stakeholders on applying compliance best practices.
  • Communicate risk management processes and topics effectively to different stakeholder groups.
  • Support the Group Compliance Officer.

What We Offer



  • Mult-year experience as a Compliance Manager.
  • Academic background, ideally in law.
  • A strong background in digital, IT, and e-commerce B2C business.
  • Proficiency in Governance Risk and Compliance software tools.
  • Strong communication skills to convey formal compliance topics to diverse stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic approach where possible, with a strict approach where necessary.
  • Able to take decisions, create innovative best practices, and recommend business-driven solutions to Senior Management.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with a focus on providing business-enabling solutions.
  • Comfortable taking on accountability and working independently while being a 100% team player.
  • Familiarity with gambling, legal, and regulatory aspects is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in German and English.
