Outbound Team Manager for Customer Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team at KiKxxl GmbH. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Identify and address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
