We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Strategist to spearhead all marketing efforts related to our EV Battery Solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded skill set, encompassing Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation. This role will focus on refining our product messaging, developing persuasive sales materials in collaboration with the team, establishing a robust content marketing framework, crafting engaging content, and leading performance marketing initiatives. A creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales initiatives within our EV Battery Solutions Business Unit.
  • Enhance product visibility by refining our positioning and crafting relevant messaging that highlights our unique features.
  • Produce impactful marketing materials and sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product datasheets to support lead generation and empower sales teams.
  • Work closely with product management and sales teams to understand customer needs, translating insights into effective marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to establish a state-of-the-art content marketing platform.
  • Create engaging content, including gated resources for our end customers to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze interaction and engagement metrics to continuously enhance marketing efforts and drive higher audience engagement.
  • Initiate performance marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Support product launches by developing relevant materials for our salesforce and end customers.
  • Contribute to website development and optimization efforts, providing valuable insights to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in relevant B2B marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience across various B2B marketing disciplines.
  • Significant expertise in B2B product marketing, product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices, with experience in creating diverse types of content.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels and platforms, including SEO and social media.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts, as well as fluency in business German.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for informed marketing decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
