We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Strategist to spearhead all marketing efforts associated with our EV Battery Solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded skill set, encompassing Product Marketing, Content Development, and Demand Generation. This role will primarily focus on refining our product messaging, crafting persuasive sales materials in collaboration with the team, establishing a robust content marketing framework, generating engaging content, and initiating performance marketing strategies. A creative mindset coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for achieving measurable outcomes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and bolster sales initiatives within our EV Battery Solutions Business Unit.
  • Enhance product visibility by refining our positioning and developing relevant messaging that highlights our unique offerings.
  • Produce impactful marketing materials and sales resources, including presentations, case studies, and product datasheets to facilitate lead generation and empower sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and sales teams to grasp customer needs, translating insights into effective marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Work alongside the broader marketing team to establish a state-of-the-art content marketing platform.
  • Create engaging content, including gated resources for our end customers to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze interaction and engagement metrics to continuously enhance marketing efforts and drive increased audience engagement.
  • Initiate performance marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Support product launches by developing relevant materials for our salesforce and end customers.
  • Contribute to website development and optimization efforts, providing valuable insights to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in relevant B2B marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience across various B2B marketing domains.
  • Significant expertise in B2B product marketing, product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices, with experience in creating diverse content types.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels and platforms, including SEO and social media.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively, along with fluency in business German.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and metrics for informed marketing decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with robust project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
