Marketing Manager (f/m/d) EV Battery Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all Marketing initiatives related to EV Battery Solutions at IKA Werke. The ideal candidate will be an all-round profile, spanning Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation.

The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales initiatives within our EV Battery Solutions Business Unit. They will promote our products by fine-tuning our positioning and crafting relevant messaging and highlighting our unique features.

The Marketing Manager will create impactful marketing collateral and sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and product datasheets, to support lead generation and enable sales teams. They will collaborate closely with product management teams and sales teams to understand customer needs, translating insights into effective marketing plans and messaging.

The role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving measurable results. The Marketing Manager will measure interaction and engagement metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive higher levels of audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales initiatives within our EV Battery Solutions Business Unit.
  • Promote our products by fine-tuning our positioning and crafting relevant messaging and highlighting our unique features.
  • Create impactful marketing collateral and sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and product datasheets, to support lead generation and enable sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product management teams and sales teams to understand customer needs, translating insights into effective marketing plans and messaging.
  • Measure interaction and engagement metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive higher levels of audience engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in relevant B2B marketing roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience across several B2B marketing fields.
  • Significant experience in B2B product marketing, product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices, with experience in creating various types of content.
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels and platforms, including SEO and social media.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts, as well as fluency in business German.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
