Our Proxxima polyolefin thermoset system business is a key area of focus for us, and we are seeking a talented individual to lead the business development of Proxxima into the automotive segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business strategy to penetrate the automotive segment for Proxxima
  • Lead a team of global business development resources to drive sales growth
  • Accountable for understanding the value in use of Proxxima and setting appropriate pricing strategies
  • Responsible for the P&L projections of the segment

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in the automotive composites industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in the automotive composites industry
  • Knowledge of the automotive composites' ecosystem with an existing network of contacts
  • Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, preferably resins
  • Capable of translating market needs, technical and commercial, into a product and go-to-market strategy
  • Strong communicator with good mix of technical and commercial skills
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop people
