Our Proxxima polyolefin thermoset system business is a key area of focus for us, and we are seeking a talented individual to lead the business development of Proxxima into the automotive segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business strategy to penetrate the automotive segment for Proxxima
- Lead a team of global business development resources to drive sales growth
- Accountable for understanding the value in use of Proxxima and setting appropriate pricing strategies
- Responsible for the P&L projections of the segment

We are looking for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in the automotive composites industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive composites industry
- Knowledge of the automotive composites' ecosystem with an existing network of contacts
- Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, preferably resins
- Capable of translating market needs, technical and commercial, into a product and go-to-market strategy
- Strong communicator with good mix of technical and commercial skills
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop people
