Regional Sales Manager

Nuventura GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the European region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial offers to customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide customer application insights to support internal teams and improve solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role with excellent presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of switchgear or other electrical products.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Experience in a sales environment with target setting, performance measurement, and the ability to work independently.
- Flexible, problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency, priorities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, German language is a plus.
- Positive, hands-on personality with responsibility, teamwork, and open-mindedness towards new media and technologies.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the sales region, with a full-time work permit for Germany.
