Channel Sales Manager for the EMEA Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team at ExOne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our distribution network and driving sales growth in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing representatives and partners in the EMEA region.
- Coordinate the deployment of Desktop Metal personnel and resources to achieve partner performance goals and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals in assigned partner accounts and regions.
- Lead joint partner planning processes for performance targets, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs to ensure alignment with ExOne's goals.
- Sales via partner organizations to end consumers in coordination with the partners' sales resources.
- Manage potential sales channel conflicts with other sales channels through effective communication and compliance with sales channel rules.
- Manage lead distribution activities to multiple partners in the assigned region.
- Maintain accurate sales forecast data and regular communication with management.
- Ensure partners comply with partner agreements and programs.
- Represent ExOne at important industry events.
- Recruit and replace partners as needed to responsibly grow the overall business.
- Achieve assigned sales quota for the region and individual partner accounts.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or similar.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a technology-based B2B environment for capital goods.
- Ideal experience in the field of 3D printing/additive manufacturing.
- Experience in sales at universities/research laboratories is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with high adaptability and resilience.
- Confident and adept at using various workplace technologies such as Slack, Zoom, and navigating multiple computer platforms and applications.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages such as German are a plus.
- High degree of willingness to travel, within the assigned territory (75%).
