Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication between healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and patients.
  • Independently manage the administrative organization of the clinic, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Schedule and prepare appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain reliable and modern communication processes, including video conferencing and other digital tools.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality standards.
  • Maintain established processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant, Health Care Assistant, or relevant experience in front office roles in other industries.
  • High level of social competence, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Process-oriented and economically minded, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Great team player, with a proactive and reliable approach.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office programs and hospital information systems.
  • Active interest in further education and training, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
