Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Team Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cologne. As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Office organization and calendar management
  • Supporting our interdisciplinary team, including the management, architecture, and project development departments
  • Electronic data entry and organization of incoming mail
  • Correspondence with project partners
  • Preparation of reports and presentations
  • Processing of offers and invoices
  • Coordination of defect management and debt collection
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Ideal experience in the real estate industry or in an assistant role
  • Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Enjoy taking the initiative and working collaboratively with the team
