Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen eine motivierte und engagierte Person, die als Team Assistant in unserer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei tätig sein möchte.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Unterstützung der anwaltlichen Teammitglieder im Tagesgeschäft, um Mitverantwortung in großen wirtschaftsrechtlichen Transaktionen und Verfahren zu übernehmen
  • Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Behörden und Gerichten im In- und Ausland
  • Unterstützung bei Team- und Mandatsmanagement
  • Betreuung der Beiträge auf dem Tax-Blog der Praxisgruppe und der Social Media Accounts der Anwälte und Steuerberater
  • Gestaltung von Korrespondenzen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Publikationen
  • Organisation von Akten, Dokumentenmanagement und Abrechnungen
  • Einbringen von frischen Ideen, um zum Erfolg unseres Teams und unserer Mandanten beizutragen
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fremdsprachenkorrespondenten, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten, Europasekretär oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den genannten Aufgabengebieten
  • Erfahrungen im Social Media Bereich
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Jede Menge Organisationstalent
  • Selbstständige, proaktive und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
