At PHOENIX Pharma SE, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing and Partnerships team as an intern.

**About the Role**

As a Marketing and Partnerships intern, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and CRM teams in over 20 European countries. You will work closely with the Shopfitting team to develop corporate identity standards for BENU pharmacies and support new countries in rebranding.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support the marketing and CRM teams in developing and implementing international campaigns
* Collaborate with the Shopfitting team to create corporate identity standards for BENU pharmacies
* Assist in testing and evaluating new functionalities of customer loyalty programs
* Support the development of new commercial retail initiatives for pharmacy cooperation programs
* Identify best practices in pharmacy brand, customer loyalty, and campaign management and organize cross-border exchanges
* Organize international digital events

**Requirements**

* Business economics with a focus on marketing or retail
* Excellent use of MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint
* Very good written and spoken English skills
* Team player with communication skills in a global work environment
* Structured, independent, and result-oriented way of working
