Intern (m/f/d) International Marketing and Partnerships

Are you looking for a challenging internship that will give you hands-on experience in international marketing and partnerships? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at PHOENIX Pharma SE.

Your Tasks
  • Support the marketing and CRM teams in over 20 European countries, developing and implementing marketing strategies for our pharmacies and pharmacy cooperation programs.
  • Collaborate with the Shopfitting team to develop corporate identity standards for BENU pharmacies and support new countries in rebranding.
  • Conceive, create, and implement international campaigns, including designing communication materials.
  • Test and evaluate new functionalities of our customer loyalty programs with local CRM teams and group CRM providers.
  • Develop new commercial retail initiatives for pharmacy cooperation programs and provide guidance on implementation at country level.
  • Identify best practices in our countries for pharmacy brand, customer loyalty, and campaign and organize cross-border exchanges.
  • Organize international digital events independently.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics with a focus on marketing or retail.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Team player with strong communication skills in a global work environment.
  • Structured, independent, and result-oriented work style.
