At PHOENIX Pharma SE, we're seeking a talented and ambitious intern to join our Marketing and Partnerships Competence Center. As a key member of our team, you'll support our marketing and CRM teams in over 20 European countries, driving business growth and customer engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international marketing campaigns, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with our Shopfitting team to enhance our corporate identity standards for BENU pharmacies.
  • Contribute to the conception, creation, and implementation of international campaigns, showcasing your design and communication skills.
  • Evaluate new functionalities of our customer loyalty programs, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Support the development of new commercial retail initiatives for our pharmacy cooperation programs.
  • Identify best practices in pharmacy brand, customer loyalty, and campaign management, driving cross-border exchanges.
  • Organize international digital events, demonstrating your event planning and execution skills.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Business economics degree with a focus on marketing or retail.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills in a global work environment.
  • Structured, independent, and result-oriented work approach.
