Procurement and Marketing Intern

Join the OCCON team from the very beginning and immerse yourself in the dynamic field of logistics consulting. You will have the chance to engage in stimulating projects within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

OCCON is a consulting firm that aids international corporations in logistics, procurement, and supply chain initiatives. Additionally, we offer a proprietary e-sourcing platform utilized globally.

We are seeking an intern to assist us with:

1. A forthcoming Procurement Initiative in the Chemical Sector

2. The enhancement of our Marketing Strategies.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • Duration: 3 months (potentially extendable)
  • Commitment: 20 hours per week
  • Start: Immediate

The following tasks will be assigned:

PROJECT SUPPORT

  • Conducting research
  • Data analysis using Excel
  • Preparing materials for workshops (data, presentations, surveys, etc.)
  • Creating and developing strategic presentation slides for the project

MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Conducting research
  • Producing content (research, writing, and design)
  • Launching an Instagram account
  • Preparing for trade fairs
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, International Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Fluent in both English and German, in both spoken and written forms
  • Ability to work independently, with a structured and quality-focused approach, demonstrating high personal commitment and teamwork
  • Strong analytical skills with a high affinity for numbers are advantageous
  • Creative in generating ideas
