Intern (m/f/d) International Marketing and Partnerships

Are you looking for a challenging internship that will give you hands-on experience in international marketing and partnerships? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at PHOENIX Pharma SE.

Your Tasks
  • Support the marketing and CRM teams in over 20 European countries, developing and implementing marketing strategies for our pharmacies and pharmacy cooperation programs.
  • Collaborate with the Shopfitting team to create and implement corporate identity standards for BENU pharmacies, and assist in rebranding new countries.
  • Conceive, design, and implement international campaigns, working closely with local CRM teams and group CRM providers.
  • Test and evaluate new functionalities of our customer loyalty programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new commercial retail initiatives for our pharmacy cooperation programs, working closely with country-level teams.
  • Identify best practices in pharmacy branding, customer loyalty, and campaign management across our countries, and organize cross-border knowledge sharing.
  • Organize and execute international digital events, taking ownership of the planning and execution process.
Your Profile
  • Business economics degree with a focus on marketing or retail.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS PowerPoint.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills in a global work environment.
  • Structured, independent, and result-oriented work style.
