Back Office Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Customer Service Representative to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, shipping service providers, and manufacturers to ensure seamless order management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complaints processing, providing timely and efficient resolutions to customers.
- Act as the Customer Service contact person for inquiries regarding payment processing, order processing, and cancellations/returns, offering support to our agents.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to streamline order management processes.
- Contribute to the continuous development of internal processes, ensuring high standards of quality and performance are met.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the back-office area.
- Fluency in French and German, with proficient English skills.
- Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented work approach, with strong analytical skills.
- Friendly, communicative, and motivated personality.
- Ability to work with manufacturers and suppliers to handle complaints in a customer-centric manner.
