Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Westwing Group SE. As the prime contact point for customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our service through effective communication and problem-solving.
This is an unlimited position located in Munich, Germany, with a flexible working mode that allows for roughly 60% remote work and 40% in-office work. Our company offers a beautiful, dog-friendly office with free beverages, cafeteria options, open spaces, and a sunny terrace.
Job Responsibilities:- Serving as the primary contact point for customers via phone, email, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Assisting the front office with inquiries related to payments, orders, cancellations, and returns
- Responding to customer questions about products, services, and ordering processes
- Handling customer feedback to continuously enhance our offerings and shopping experience
- Collaborating with external service providers
- Supporting the front office supervisor in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
