About the Job



We are seeking a talented Global Corporate Sustainability Lead to join our dynamic ESG department.



As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our corporate social responsibility strategy, ensuring that our business activities align with our company's objectives.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and manage internal stakeholder groups, such as our global network of local ESG captains and corresponding projects.
  • Create a comprehensive corporate citizenship strategy to drive business growth and social impact.
  • Design and implement effective communication channels to engage employees, customers, and stakeholders, while gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Steer internal and external ESG communication to promote our company's values and commitment to sustainability.
  • Manage the introduction of an IT-based corporate volunteering platform to enhance employee engagement and social responsibility.
  • Support the annual ESG report and special projects.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree desirable).
  • At least 4 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, ESG, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal and external communications, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse groups, including employees, internal teams, external organizations, and the wider public.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
