Global Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (ESG)

Simon-Kucher & Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic global ESG department as a Global Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (ESG).

This role plays a key role in our commitment to social and environmental goals that go beyond profit maximization, building relationships with internal teams and external entities. The successful candidate will help ensure we stay committed to sustainability and social impact.

About the Role

As a Global Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (ESG), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal stakeholder groups, such as our global network of 40 local ESG captains and corresponding projects. You will also develop a comprehensive corporate citizenship strategy to align business activities with the company's objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing internal stakeholder groups and corresponding projects
  • Developing a comprehensive corporate citizenship strategy
  • Increasing employee engagement and utilizing relevant communication channels
  • Steering internal and external ESG-communication
  • Developing and managing internal ESG events/employee engagement initiatives
  • Managing the process around the introduction of an IT-based corporate volunteering platform
  • Supporting with the annual ESG report and special projects

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of work experience in social concerns within a corporate environment
  • Experience in internal and/or external communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Influential communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across diverse groups
  • Keen attention to detail
