Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the retention of existing customers of AVOMIND.
- Partner with customers to ensure they're maximizing the use of software and/or consultancy services.
- Gain deep knowledge and appreciation for AVOMIND's suite of software.
- Employ a consultative selling style for cross-selling products and services.
- Work closely with customers to establish their needs and offer value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to promote the brand.
- Monitor customer contract renewal dates, update account management activities, and keep records updated on CRM.
- Address customer concerns and strive for timely resolutions.
