Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the retention of existing customers of AVOMIND.
  • Partner with customers to ensure they're maximizing the use of software and/or consultancy services.
  • Gain deep knowledge and appreciation for AVOMIND's suite of software.
  • Employ a consultative selling style for cross-selling products and services.
  • Work closely with customers to establish their needs and offer value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to promote the brand.
  • Monitor customer contract renewal dates, update account management activities, and keep records updated on CRM.
  • Address customer concerns and strive for timely resolutions.
