Ideal Candidate:

  • Individuals with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing, target-based role are encouraged to apply.
  • The ability to build strong rapport and trust with customers is crucial, as these professionals will be at the forefront of customer interactions.
  • Quick and effective learners who can adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
  • IT literacy is a must, especially with prior experience in using the Microsoft suite of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the retention of existing customers of the client.
  • Partnering with customers to ensure they are maximizing the use of software and/or consultancy services.
  • Gaining deep knowledge and appreciation for the client's suite of software.
  • Employing a consultative selling style for cross-selling products and services.
  • Working closely with customers to establish their needs and offer value-added solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to promote the brand, which may include traveling to events and visiting client sites.
  • Monitoring customer contract renewal dates, updating account management activities, and keeping records updated on CRM.
  • Addressing customer concerns and striving for timely resolutions.
